It’s another year end of the year celebration as it’s time to host the Jabi carnival that has now become a yearly ritual.
The yearly carnival has over the years hosted list of arts and celebrities within and outside the state.
This year has promised to be more fruitful that the previous years as there are already plans to ensure that there carnival is a success with the arrays of stars ready to grace this years event.
